Our Story
A PIECE OF CALIFORNIA DINING HISTORY
Capo fare can be described as modern Italian-style cuisine. Homemade pasta, fresh seafood, and fireplace-grilled meats are some of chef/owner Bruce Marder's favorites.

Capo features an award-winning wine list with more than 2,500 selections with superior breadth and depth from many of the world’s classic wine-producing regions. The Wine Spectator has awarded it the Grand Award of Excellence for eleven consecutive years since 2015. Capo’s bar also features top-end spirits and serves the full menu.

Located near the beach in Santa Monica, this freestanding red-gabled building houses one of the prettiest dining rooms around. It is rustic yet elegant, with high-beamed ceilings, flickering candles, and a brightly burning corner fireplace.
